5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any strategic or artificial betting activity intended to exploit bonus benefits will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, ox999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on ox999 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

If a technical error, server disruption, or software fault causes an inconsistency in game results, ox999 reserves the right to void the relevant round or correct the result. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Special Cricket Betting Rules

For cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, results remain uncertain until the official match scorecard is finalized. If a match is abandoned, suspended, or incomplete, ox999's special rules will apply.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ox999 platform:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Stealing another user's account information or unauthorized access.

• Attempting to fix outcomes by colluding with other users (collusion).

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

8Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access (where caused by user negligence).
• Changes in odds due to market fluctuations.
